The Benefits of Juicing

The Benefits of JucingIf you own a TV you have seen commercials for juicers touting the benefits of consuming liquid vegetables sans the fibers. Some consider this poor practice, but in my opinion, that is simply because they don’t fully understand what this juice can DO!

Just the Juice

Your body does a lot of work throughout the day. Sometimes it is good to give your hardworking body a rest – from everything!

Drinking juice will satisfy you in the short term, but the long term benefits are well worth it! Drinking juice throughout the day will help you stay satisfied. Three a day will likely not cut it!

By removing the pulp from the juice, your body does not have to work to break anything down. Instead, it solely focuses on using the live enzymes from the juice to heal the areas of your body that need healing.

The body is designed to heal itself, not through medication, but through food. Of course there are situations where medicine is necessary. I am not condoning foregoing medication unless discussed with your healthcare professional.

The benefits of juicing include, but are not limited to:

• Detoxify your body

• Aids in weight loss

• Improves digestion

• Boosts immunity

• Improves organ function

Juice is Alive

Did you know juice is alive? The live enzymes in juice are part of the magic! They get sent to all different parts of your body and start scrubbing your cells clean allowing them to function the way they were meant.

Foods like wheat and sugar take a toll on your body. Our bodies contain toxins and juice helps our body expel this toxins. Sure, your body can do it on its own, but only to a certain extent. Juice aids your body in focusing solely on that.

Do Your Research

There are people who do juice fasts for weeks or even months at a time. I, personally, do not believe that is beneficial to the body. Yes, you will lose weight, but that is simply not a sustainable diet. I believe in juicing a day or two at a time and listening to your body. I will help you along the way, but I never condone making yourself sick or and many juicers like to say, “fighting through the pain” of juicing.

Juicing should not case your body pain!
