The first thing I want to stress is to talk to your doctor about juicing if you are pregnant. Juice is considered raw food, which could contain harmful bacteria, rendering you ill.

Once you have spoken to your doctor, and you have decided to incorporate juicing into your diet, I recommend drinking it with your breakfast. It is a great way to replace coffee and get natural energy, which I know can be hard to come by during these precious 9 months.

Make sure you carefully wash the produce, and even soak it in vinegar a few hours before juicing it. You can also take a tablespoon of coconut oil (after you have spoken to your doctor) before or after the juice which can help harmful bacteria from growing. Raw honey can do this, as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to speak to your doctor before trying any of this.
